The entire booking must be paid in advance. Our check-in is exclusively online, and the door opening in the hostel is also done digitally via smartphone.
Room cleaning with linen change takes place weekly. For bookings of more than 7 days, we reserve the right to enter the room once a week for cleaning.
Our rooms do not have televisions or hygiene items available.
Guests with mobility restrictions or wheelchair users are requested to check in during reception hours.
The team will provide you with an additional key card, as the night access is not barrier-free and the elevator can only be reached via the staircase.
